Ewelme is an English civil parish within the district of South Oxfordshire and the county of Oxfordshire
Ewelme is an historic Oxfordshire village of about 250 houses and 1000 residents. It is nestled in a valley at the base of the Chiltern Hills about 4 miles east of Wallingford and 15 miles south of Oxford. This ancient settlement traces its origins to the 10th century and is only half a mile north of the ancient Icknield Way.
